Policies

Check-in/ Check-out
- Check-in time is generally 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am unless special arrangements are made.

Taxes
- For all stays less than 30 days an 11.9% occupancy tax will be added to the rental rate.

Cancellations
- If a reservation is canceled within 48 hours of booking a 10% cancellation fee will be withheld from the total amount of the reservation.

- If a reservation is canceled after 48 hours of a booking there will be no refund.  A 10% cancellation fee will apply and the remaining balance will be credited to a future stay within in one calendar year.  *Subject to availability

- No refund or credit will be given to cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in.

- Cancellation of reservations made within 48 hours of check-in and no-shows will receive no refund or credit.

Number of Guests
-You are asked the amount of guests before arrival and will sign a confirmation stating this number.  If you have more than this amount in the property (or a large party) you will be ordered to leave the premise and receive no refund for the stay.
